I have just come from pitching my idea. Originally, I went in with the idea to focus on how the increase of people not drinking alcohol might impact the bartending industry. But after some helpful advice it seems that this idea may be a bit too narrow.
I am considering broadening my main research to how drinking less has had an impact on things such as the increase of alcohol free alternatives and what that means for non-alcoholic drinkers, and bars as a whole.
